Zafferano dei Colli della Versilia
"Zafferante", the original Saffron from the Versilia Hills, comes from the commitment and dedication of two friends with a passion for the land. Soil preparation and bulb sowing were totally carried out by hand and required a huge work. The expectations were fully satisfied: an abundant harvest and an indisputable quality, certified by laboratory tests that classify Zafferante as "First Quality Category" saffron.
Zafferante is packaged in small glass jars, giving an even more appealing appearance to the product. The decision not to use plastic bags has been taken according to the "green line" adopted by the company, by using organic products against weeds and to take care of soil and bulbs.
